These schools offer diverse and engaging learning environments, following internationally recognised curricula such as the British, American, and IB (International Baccalaureate) programmes.
Job Benefits & Package
Competitive salary based on experience, with a take-home salary of up to KWD 1200
Fully furnished single accommodation, including utilities, security, cleaning, and maintenance, or a housing allowance of KWD 150 per month
Family accommodation options available at a subsidised rate
Free school transportation for the first three months, with a nominal fee thereafter
Annual airfare provided, including flights at the start and end of the contract, plus a return ticket home each year
Government medical insurance for the first two years, with private insurance from the third year onwards
100% tuition fee waiver for up to two children, subject to approval
Approximately 177 working days per academic year
Working hours from 07:10 AM to 02:40 PM, Sunday to Thursday
Fridays and Saturdays off
Visa cost reimbursement up to KWD 100 upon submission of receipts
Two-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement
Requirements:
Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education
Has experience delivering international curricula
Demonstrates a passion for student-centred learning and innovative teaching
Is flexible, culturally aware, and eager to embrace a new teaching environment
