Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and data-driven T-Shaped Marketing Manager to join a school group based in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our school’s brand reputation, drive student enrolment, and foster community engagement. You will work closely with an external digital marketing agency, internal leadership, and various stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with the leadership team to define annual marketing objectives and strategies for both our established K-12 school and upcoming school launch.
Develop integrated marketing plans leveraging traditional and digital channels effectively.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Brand Management
Maintain and refine brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing collateral and communications.
Oversee the creation of impactful brand messaging, ensuring alignment with our core values and unique selling points.
Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to develop engaging visual materials for online and offline channels.
Digital Marketing Execution
Coordinate and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with the external agency, ensuring maximum ROI.
Oversee SEO initiatives, website optimization, and content marketing to improve online visibility and lead generation.
Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for prospective and current parents.
Manage the school’s social media channels, ensuring regular updates and engagement.
Content Creation & Copywriting
Develop compelling content for newsletters, blog posts, social media captions, brochures, and ad copy.
Collaborate with faculty and student clubs to source success stories, events, and achievements to spotlight in marketing materials.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI, and enrolment funnel metrics).
Use data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies, optimize spend, and improve enrolment rates.
Present regular marketing performance updates to senior leadership.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for the external digital marketing agency, providing necessary guidance, feedback, and resources.
Communicate campaign progress and performance to internal stakeholders, addressing questions and recommendations.
Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives (Admissions, Administration, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth implementation of marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on digital marketing and branding.
Prior experience in the education sector (K-12 or higher education) is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research tools, and basic HTML/CMS (e.g., WordPress).
MS Office or Google Workspace proficiency; strong presentation skills.
