Salary: AED 12,000–14,000/month + Leadership Stipend + AED 60,000 Annual Housing Allowance

The school follows the English National Curriculum and has a vibrant Foundation Stage provision that is central to its identity and success.
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and nurturing Head of Foundation Stage (FS) to lead our Early Years team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and direction of FS provision, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and care for our youngest learners.
This is a strategic leadership role that combines hands-on teaching with the management and development of a dedicated FS team. As part of the senior leadership team (SLT), you will contribute to whole-school development while championing early childhood education.
Lead and manage the Foundation Stage, promoting high standards in all areas of EYFS provision.
Inspire and develop FS staff through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
Ensure curriculum planning, delivery, and assessment are aligned with EYFS framework and school values.
Foster strong relationships with parents and carers, encouraging active engagement in their children’s learning.
Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, using data to inform interventions and improvement plans.
Collaborate with the SLT on school improvement priorities and wider strategic development.
Uphold safeguarding and child protection standards at all times.
A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or BEd) with specialisation or significant experience in Early Years.
Proven track record of outstanding teaching in FS within a British curriculum context.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or coordinator role within Early Years.
Sound knowledge of EYFS statutory framework, child development, and current best practice.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
A commitment to inclusive practice and personalised learning.
International experience (preferably in the Middle East) is desirable but not essential.
