Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and enhancement of high-quality teaching and learning across the Primary School.
Collaborate with staff to design, implement, and evaluate innovative instructional strategies.
Drive excellence in academic standards and student outcomes in line with the IB curriculum.
Foster a culture of continuous professional development, coaching, and mentorship.
Engage parents and the wider school community to support students’ holistic development.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven leadership experience within a primary school setting, preferably in an IB curriculum environment.
A strong track record in improving teaching practices and driving student achievement.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and lead teams effectively.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.
Relevant teaching qualifications and leadership training.
