Job Description: Ralph Recruitment is seeking experienced and passionate Core Subject Specialist Teachers in English, Math, and Science to join our esteemed partner schools located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Core Subject Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education and fostering academic excellence among students.
Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons aligned with the curriculum standards and objectives.
Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes active participation, critical thinking, and independent learning.
Utilize effective teaching strategies and instructional resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement appropriate interventions to support individual learning needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units, share best practices, and contribute to a cohesive educational program.
Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders through clear communication, regular feedback, and parent-teacher conferences.
Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends and methodologies.
Contribute to the extracurricular activities, school events, and initiatives to enrich the overall student experience and school community.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters in Education or PGCE plus degree in Subject area
Teaching certification/license from a recognized accreditation body.
Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in the respective subject area, preferably in an international school setting.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction and achieving academic success among students.
Strong knowledge of subject-specific pedagogy, curriculum frameworks, and assessment practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment and work collaboratively within a diverse team.
Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms for instructional delivery and assessment.
