Ralph Recruitment is seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Teacher for a prestigious IB school in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mathematics and a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching to inspire and engage students in an internationally minded environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and differentiated Mathematics lessons in line with the IB curriculum.
Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills through innovative teaching strategies.
Assess, track, and report on students’ progress to support academic growth.
Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that nurtures every student’s potential.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the school’s professional learning community.
Support extracurricular activities and promote a holistic approach to student development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field
Teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
Experience teaching Mathematics within the IB curriculum is highly desirable.
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a reputable school setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse learners.
Commitment to continuous professional development and the ethos of an IB education.
